Throughout the year we work with a number of charities and through your support we are able to donate funds and resources, teaching the children about values and the needs of others. By clicking on the logo you can access the charity website.

Through the Poppy Appeal we helped raise £123.94
At the Poppy Party fundraiser we raised a total of £260.79

The children put together individual small cardboard houses which they then decorated and filled with coins. We raised £474 in total, a fantastic achievement.

This local charity benefits from your Harvest Festival donations and this year received over 20 bags of produce and tinned goods.

We hold 2 or 3 campaigns per year for Nightingale House. We have recently sold mini Christmas decorations for hanging on the tree at £1.00 each. Our Christmas donations to Nightingale House were £94.30 from mini friends and in leiu of Christmas cards.

We generally have two fundraising events in the year, both of which involve daffodils. In early springtime we have daffodil buttonholes available (which coincide with our Eisteddfod) and in late autumn we grow daffodils from bulbs supplied by the charity. These bulbs are then sponsored and after flowering are planted out in the school grounds.

The shoebox appeal sends gifts to children who do not know the kind of Christmas we have here and this year 50 boxes were sent from school.
