We wish a fond farewell to our Year 6 children.
This year was not the end to their final primary school years that any of us would have wanted for them.
However they have shown great courage and much resilience, and fortunately were able to enjoy a wonderful day at Pentrellyncymer earlier this half term – together as a class.
They have had a wonderful few weeks adapting scripts, rehearsing and finally performing ‘the last performance at Barker’s Lane’.
Diolch yn fawr to all of the children for being so amazing and making it such a pleasure to have them in our school. We wish them good health, happiness and success in life.
Miss Thomas has worked incredibly hard together with the children, filmed and edited the performance alongside adding in some surprises at the end of the video for the children. Diolch to Miss Thomas and to Miss Banks who has also given much support.
Finally diolch yn fawr to all of the families, parents and extended family members who have supported the children, staff and our school as whole throughout the years that your child has been at Barker’s Lane.
