World Mental Health Day

Tomorrow, 10th October is World Mental Health Day. Looking after ourselves and each other has never been more important.  There is an array of information on and we have a page on our school website with lots of information which may help someone that you know.
Lockdown fatigue, frustration or anxiety are likely to touch nearly every one us before this year is out. If we can all remember to spread kindness, act with dignity and respect the views of others – we can support each other. Look after yourselves and those around you.
